Front Desk Leadership Role
This senior front desk position is responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Duty Manager, you will champion our "one team" approach and drive results through effective leadership and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front office and support teams in other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
* Lead by example, driving guest satisfaction and team performance to exceed expectations.
* Develop the skills of your team members to drive results and positively impact hotel performance.
* Engage with guests to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and manage critical emergency situations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel front desk management.
* Proven track record of leading a team and achieving desired outcomes.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
* Working knowledge of hotel property management systems.
* First aid and RSA certification.
