This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a strong rapport with customers, and driving sales growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Provide high levels of customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
* • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge across all business areas.
* • Maintain store standards, assist with visual merchandising and presentation.
* • Work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* • Assist with stock control and quality management processes.
* • Adhere to national legislation, workplace health and safety (WHS), and security guidelines.
