Responsibilities

2. Coordinate procurement and construction activities, overseeing the delivery of materials and equipment on time and within budget.
3. Provide engineering support and guidance, including developing work packs, test packs, and estimate site variations.
4. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
5. Perform regular audits and tests on materials and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing productivity factors and making recommendations for process improvements.
7. Interact with clients to interpret and execute their engineering requirements, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
8. Collaborate with other departments to integrate project efforts, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
9. Evaluate and report on field variations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.

Requirements
">
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical safety standards (AS/NZS 3000).
* Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modeling/drawing software like Hexagon.
* Experience in construction estimating and cost controlling, with a focus on electrical projects.
* Contractor-side experience in E&I construction projects, with knowledge of mining processing and equipment.
