Looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join their business located in Caringbah. Work for a manufacturer that recognizes you!!!
**Duties**
- Provide a high level of technical support to the dealer network and customers.
- Monitor, assess and report technical trends to the Manager, Technical Support
- Produce high-quality Service Bulletins and Technical Tips
- Maintain the Policy and Procedure manual with specific reference to Technical Service support
- Produce high-quality technical reports
- Administer all aspects of Special Service Campaigns/Recalls
- Provide technical support for all internal staff
- Prepare detailed product reports after investigation and ensure where necessary related parts are returned to the central office for further inspection and investigation
- Monitor and report on technical assistance requested and phone traffic
- Constantly upgrade knowledge by attending internal/external product and other training
- Perform other related duties as required
**Skills and experience**
- **Heavy vehicle experience or light vehicle Master technician level.**:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy to an intermediate level Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to liaise effectively at all levels of an organization
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the automotive/heavy vehicle industry & Trade qualification.
- Firm understanding of the Automotive industry
- Computer literacy to an intermediate level Microsoft Office
