With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you will be well-equipped to make a difference. We invite you to join us early, in May 2026, to assist in preparing the site for its grand opening in August 2026, and lead the team ongoing to ensure that exceptional care is maintained. In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the residence. Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents. You will benefit from the support of an experienced commissioning team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization. About You: Experience in managing a medium to large aged care home Previous experience in commissioning a new home (desirable) Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements Excellent people management, relationship building and negotiation skills Proven competency in operational planning, strategic and innovative thinking, resource management, rostering and budget management Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs Passion to make a difference to our residents, families and Employees A collaborative, compassionate approach with an ability to create, grow and inspire your own team Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA Why Join For Purpose Aged Care?
