**About the role**
We are currently looking for new faces in our IT department as a Service Desk Analyst. As the first point of call for IT issues for the business you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic IT support to support office and restaurants - mostly level 1 and 2 requests
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues including software, hardware, POS and network
- Working closely with our support partners to deliver business needs
- Providing recommendations to mitigate recurring issues.
- Adhering to industry best practice
**What are we looking for?**
- You will have experience in a similar role ideally from hospitality, retail, FMCG or Manufacturing
- Experience with Redcat is highly desired
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and being the face of IT
- Proven experience exceeding SLA's
- You will be organised, able to easily prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- Flexible attitude - after hours and weekend work will be required
Due to the nature of this position on-call shifts are required so we will need someone that is able to work after hours and on weekends.
