**Position Summary**:
- Supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks
- Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each guest experience
- Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
- Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement creative improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team
**About You**:
- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
