Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Sunbury is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join their team. In this full-time, Monday to Friday role, you will lead a dedicated team of educators and teachers, drive pedagogical excellence, and support the delivery of a high-quality early childhood education program.

About the Role as the Educational Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the educational program across the centreMentoring and coaching educators and teachers to deliver best practiceSupporting teams with curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practiceChampioning the Aspire philosophy and curriculum frameworkEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)Building positive relationships with children, families, and the community
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Extensive experience as an Educational Leader or in a senior educational capacityStrong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and NQFDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor educatorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid Working with Children Check and Police CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
