About the role
The Vulvar Disorders Unit at the Women's hospital is offering a one-year clinical Fellowship. The position is suited to those pursuing careers in dermatology, gynaecology, or general practice.
The Vulvar Disorders Unit offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team of 6 dermatologists, 3 gynaecologists, a dermatology registrar, a specialist nurse, physiotherapists, and a sexual counsellor. There is a varied case mix of disorders managed in this clinic including inflammatory dermatoses, vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and other malignancies, and vulvodynia.
The Fellow is required to participate in 1 clinic per week (Thursday afternoon) and there is an expectation that they will be involved in Unit research, attend, and help organise, a monthly pathology/clinical update meeting. They will also be responsible for managing the small number of patients on biologic therapies. The role is well supported by senior dermatologists and gynaecologists.

About you
Experience/Qualifications/Competencies
MBBS or equivalent
Registered Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

The Classification and Salary scale will be dependent on experience and you will be appointed in accordance with the Australian Medical Association (Victoria) Doctors in Training Agreement 2022-2026.
