Maintenance Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high-quality maintenance across mobile equipment fleets.
* Capture and record repair details, materials used, and defect data using work management systems.
* Collaborate with team leaders to keep maintenance schedules current and responsive to operational needs.
* Regularly inspect heavy vehicles and conduct quarterly checks to ensure fleet performance standards are met.
This leadership role is responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services while upholding a zero-harm commitment. The successful candidate will set the benchmark for maintenance excellence within the organization.

About You
* Reside in the Parkes area or be willing to relocate.
* Hold an Australian-recognised Certificate III Trade Qualification in heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
* Have a minimum of 2 years post-trade experience in mining or heavy industrial environments.
* Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, with proven people management capabilities.
* Be committed to safety as a core part of your work ethic.
* Hold a current 'C' Class Australian Driver's Licence.
