Recruitment Advisor – Role
* Advertising and managing role-specific talent pools.
* Candidate management through the recruitment process.
* Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders.
* Compliance to the business recruitment process.
* Development of role specific sourcing strategies.
About You – Qualifications
* Experience with applicant tracking software and management of the recruitment and onboarding life cycle.
* Demonstrated previous experience with high volume white‐collar or blue‐collar recruitment within similar construction or mining and resources industries.
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional time‐management skills coupled with a self‐starter attitude and high attention to detail.
* Knowledge of industry.
