About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with experienced Sales Consultants across both offices and learn the real estate process from the ground up. This role is specifically for someone starting their career in property.
You will gain hands-on experience in:
* Assisting with buyer and vendor communication
* Attending open homes and appraisals
* Supporting property campaigns and launches
* Managing buyer follow-up and database nurture
* Preparing listings and sales documentation
* Learning negotiation process and deal management
You will receive structured mentoring and real exposure, with a clear pathway toward becoming a lead Sales Consultant within the group.
Who This Role Is Prefect For
This opportunity suits someone who is:
* Starting out in real estate
* Transitioning from hospitality, retail or customer service
* Recently graduated and looking for a professional career pathway
* Studying, or willing to obtain, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
