Job Description
* To be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to Central Administration, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Provide administrative assistance to Central Administration personnel, particularly the Business Manager, Finance team, and Human Resources Officer.
* In collaboration with the Central Receptionist, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information to staff and students.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong background in administration, preferably in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Forms.
* Familiarity with databases such as Seqta, AOS, and MyHR.
* Able to interpret EBA/Award/Legislation and apply knowledge in a practical context.
* Experience working with financial data in roles such as AP, AR, payroll, or bookkeeping.
