About the Position
* Certificate IV (or above) in Project or Contract Management required
* Current national driver's license is a must
* Experience in project and contract management within the building or construction industry is essential
* Knowledge and experience in tender, contract management, and administration processes are necessary
* Ability to manage projects from inception to completion is required
* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills are needed
* Effective decision-making skills and ability to prioritize work responsibilities are essential
