Reporting to the Fixed Wing Operations Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating bookings, logistics, and operational activities within the aviation industry. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing aircraft bookings and logistics while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will work closely with clients, the Fixed Wing team, and other stakeholders to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and respond to company emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate and maintain fixed wing bookings and schedules
* Assist with the preparation of new contract tenders, contract reporting, quoting of jobs, and other ad hoc matters as required.
* Liaise with the Engineering Team (Fixed Wing) to coordinate the scheduling of aircraft maintenance.
* Manage and ensure compliance with contracts.
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in operations or logistics an advantage
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
