Customer Business Manager - Family Care, Coles

As the Customer Business Manager, your responsibilities will be diverse.
Some of the core responsibilities include:
- Fostering a collaborative relationship with Coles to ensure the development of a true partnership
- Development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet customer requirements, including best in class execution, tailored ranging and Value-added initiatives.
- Achieve Sales performance targets, using Category Management principals, Business & Category reviews, Field Cycle Programs, Space Management, and other applicable resources.
- Lead the National Category and Customer Plans into a Joint Business Plan (JBP) through customer and stakeholder collaboration.
- Contribute to the review and negotiation of Trading Terms by providing analysis of Trade Investment, Profitability, Return on Investment, Sales Performance, Supply Chain & Receivables.
- Take a proactive leadership role in providing recommendations to Account Director, Category Development Managers and Field Sales regarding local market and account dynamics, competitive activity, customer performance, sales opportunities, promotional programs, and key category initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining strong trading relationships with key customers and all stakeholders enabling Kimberly-Clark to achieve competitive advantage within the market
**About you**
Ideally holding tertiary degree qualifications, you have experience in FMCG Sales with a strong knowledge of category management principles, preferably as a Customer Business Manager, Category Manager, or National Account Manager working with Grocery channels. Your ability to influence and your natural affinity for building and maintaining collaborative partnerships to achieve desired outcomes means you have a proven track record of success and confident utilising financial data and insights to build and grow business within key accounts.
You have excellent communication skills, possess a growth-mindset, and are proficient with systems such as Promax, Aztec, Synergy and SAP.
This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
