This is a hybrid role based in Adelaide, and we are open to full time and part time candidates.

Haines works in consultation with healthcare professionals to design and develop products that meet the specific needs of hospitals, healthcare facilities, and their patients. Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

* Manage accurate and timely processing of transactions, including accounts payable, treasury, credit cards, journals, accruals and prepayments.
* Coordinate cash flow, payment approvals, and foreign exchange.
* Maintain integrity of financial data through reconciliations, ledger management, and compliance reporting.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and monthly analysis.
* Analyse financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making and risk management.
* Monitor workflows and systems to ensure quality, productivity, and audit standards are met.
* Prepare and maintain procedures, work instructions, and internal controls to strengthen financial processes.

About you

* Accounting qualifications or 5+ years' experience in financial operations
* Excel proficient and ability to analyse, predict and interpret trends
* Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
* Proficient knowledge of processes, policies and procedures
* Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
* A self-motivated, proactive, solutions driven team player
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
