The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and cloud Integrations. This role involves working closely with various teams to design and implement the solution knowing IFS Cloud product features and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development:Design, develop, test, tune, and implement IFS cloud application.Develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture.Ensure the design and development of efficient Business processes that enhance end user efficiency.Integration and Deployment:Handle deployment, integration, and data migration activities on IFS Cloud solutions.Collaborate with other development teams, enterprise architecture, and support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain various platforms and their integration with other systems.Incident and Change Management:Manage incidents escalated from L2 support, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.Handle change requests related to configuration, code, database, or jobs. Analyze requirements for changes, propose solution alternatives, and document the changes.Enhancements and Bug Fixing:Perform enhancements and bug fixes as part of the support scope. Analyze customizations done by existing vendors and ensure they align with the overall system architecture.Documentation and Support:Maintain all relevant documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and user manuals for dispatchers, field technicians, and administrators.Provide support to the operations team to ensure continuous operation and quick resolution of issues.Technical Qualifications: Expertise with IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and Integrations. Excellent experience with REST, SOAP-based services, and SQL server procedures, scripts, views, and functions. Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns. Proven track record of implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
