About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced educator to deliver information, education, and training focused on reproductive and sexual health within a specific sector. Key responsibilities include delivering scheduled educational programs, evaluating their impact and outcomes, and maintaining statistical data.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of program content, ensuring it meets evolving stakeholder needs and aligns with organisational goals. They will be expected to possess strong written communication skills, including experience in writing reports and stakeholder communications.
Selection Criteria:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in school-based and/or community education and training, along with tertiary qualifications in education, social work/human services, health, community development or other related fields.
* Experience in developing and evaluating community education and training programs and resources for professionals.
* Strong written communication skills, including experience in writing reports and stakeholder communications.
* Skills in consultation and collaboration with relevant government and community organisations, and the development of partnerships.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft and online learning systems.
