We are hiring a Centre Manager to lead our team at Westfield North Lakes for a 12-month fixed term opportunity.
As Centre Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Manager, Centre Experience - QLD, and take full ownership of delivering outstanding operational performance, service excellence, and commercial outcomes. You'll lead a passionate team committed to engaging with customers, retailers, and the local community, leveraging insights from customer feedback tools to inform and evolve the centre's strategic direction.
You'll oversee the centre's daily operations while inspiring and empowering your team to create exceptional customer experiences.
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team at Westfield Helensvale, fostering a culture where team members are well-trained, motivated, and empowered to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Drive the financial and commercial success of the centre by achieving strong outcomes across the P&L and capital planning processes.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards for both the internal team and contracted partners.
* Collaborate with the asset team to align on strategic goals and priorities for the centre.

You will have a successful track record of driving operational excellence and achieving outstanding results by effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders.
You will have:
* Ideally experience managing shopping centres, venue or similar destinations.
* Strong commercial acumen paired with a genuine passion for enhancing the customer experience.
* A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, delivering consistent operational and financial outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* A passion for driving change and a proven track record in leading successful change management initiatives.
