Administration Officer– Serenade Leather

We're proud to have a growing global presence, with customers across South Africa, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, USA. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our operations, customer service, and accounting processes.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
· Accurately key in customer orders and ensure timely processing
· Compare and calculate freight charges and email finalised orders to customers
· Coordinate dispatch with our warehouse and liaise with the sales team
· Check online platforms and process internet orders accordingly
· Chase outstanding payments and send reminders where necessary
· Answer customer and client calls professionally and promptly
· Close invoices and assist with preparing end-of-month and BAS reports

We're Looking for Someone Who:
· Has strong attention to detail and is highly organised
· Communicates clearly and confidently via phone and email
· Has experience using MYOB accounting software or comparable systems
· Is a team player but can also work independently
· Has basic bookkeeping or accounts receivable/payable experience
Prior experience working in wholesale business is preferred
