The Role The accountant reports to the ANZ Finance Leader and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial statements across multiple legal entities.
Day-to-day duties include: Prepare, post, and monitor accruals for sales and cost transactions Lead the month-end close process, coordinating with AR/AP, prepayments, and fixed asset depreciation Post and reconcile General Ledger entries with appropriate supporting documentation Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations Reconcile Capital Expenditures, including inventory-related assets Assist in the preparation of year-end audit schedules and act as a liaison with external auditors Prepare and consolidate financial statements Support financial reporting processes for both regional and global consolidation Your Skills
