Key Responsibilities
The Field Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of sales efforts within a defined territory or region.
* Selling strategic HR solutions to large enterprise accounts through effective prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, and closing sales.
* Targeting key industries including High Tech, Financial Services, Education, Hospitality, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Airlines, and Utilities.
* Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to successful project completion.
* Builiding an aggressive pipeline through cold calling, networking, and other means with a high close rate of opportunities created.
* Responding to Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs).
* Negotiating final terms and conditions for acquisition of our solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years' experience selling enterprise applications to C-Suite executives.
* Proven track record of selling enterprise Workforce Management (WFM), ERP, HR, Human Capital Management (HCM), or Supply Chain Management software systems and implementation services.
* Ability to consult with Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and Vice Presidents of Human Resources (VPs of HR).
* Hunter mentality with a focus on direct sales to new logos versus account management.
* A history of success, evidenced by consistently exceeding sales quotas.
