**Talent Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Source talent for open job vacancies
- Initiate various sourcing methodologies to identify top talent - including writing adverts, headhunting, conducting targeted LinkedIn and alike searches and campaigns
- Vetting, screening, shortlisting and interviewing
- Organisation of pre-employment checks and client interviews
- Lead generations for consultants to action
**About You**
- Ability to build strong influential relationships with a deep curiosity about people
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise & multi-task
- Methodical eye for detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking skills and knowledge across specific markets
- Competent at using LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Passionate & driven with a commitment to thrive in a successful environment
- Ability to collaborate in intellectual business discussions
- Consistent tenure in current and previous positions held
- Reliable with a positive can-do approach
