Our Stakeholder Engagement team supports the successful delivery of change across the Commodities and Global Markets division. We partner closely with colleagues to embed regulatory transformation initiatives that strengthen our operational capabilities and improve non-financial risk outcomes.
This is a 12 month max-term contract.

What role will you play?
As a Change Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of change activities across several key workstreams focused on enhancing processes, capabilities, and operating models. You will assess the impacts of change across the organisation, manage readiness activities, and drive effective communication and engagement to ensure initiatives are well understood and adopted. Your work will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders, supporting the delivery of training, and balancing competing priorities to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
What You Offer
Experience delivering change management activities within a fast-paced environment, including hands-on ownership of change plans and associated deliverables
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, and risk teams
The ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and accessible content, tailored for a variety of audiences
A track record of supporting change across complex projects involving multiple workstreams
Experience in areas such as order management, surveillance, or operating model transformation is valuable.
