About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Assistant Buyers' Agent to join our Melbourne Residential Investment team.
This is a fast-paced, hands‐on role supporting experienced Buyers Agents with sourcing, analysing and securing residential investment properties. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, diligence and a seamless client experience from property identification through to settlement.
The Duties
* Source and analyse residential investment opportunities
* Conduct price analysis and assist with Investment Reports
* Coordinate inspections and due diligence
* Attend inspections, auctions and pre‐settlement inspections
* Build relationships with selling agents to generate opportunities
* Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout transactions
* Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records
* Assist with handover to Asset Management team
Must Have
* Cert IV in Real Estate Practice / Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Full Australian working rights
* National Police check - (obtained by employer prior to commencement)
* A strong interest in property investment
Preferred but not essential
* Experience in residential real estate
* CRM system experience
