* You will provide personal support and self-care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, eating, and meal preparation, to ensure the individual's safety and dignity.
* Domestic assistance and support with daily living tasks will be provided, enabling the individual to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
* Community access, transportation, shopping, and social outings will be facilitated, promoting social interaction and community integration.
* Opportunities for skill development and personal growth will be aligned with the individual's support plans, fostering empowerment and independence.
To excel in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) and current First Aid and CPR qualifications. Additionally, you must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
