We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team in Sydney
**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing export/ import documentation and invoices to assist cargo movement
- Handling customer service inquiries in a professional manner
- Generating and distributing tax invoices, export manifests and other appropriate documentation
- Ensuring timely and accurate handling of vessel balancing
- Promoting e-commerce within the market
- Checking customer payments are reconciled correctly
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration or related fields is highly preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in the shipping or logistics business
- Demonstrated knowledge of shipping documentations
- Agile, with strong customer focus and good communication skill
- High level of computer literacy
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
