Job Description:
This role involves providing critical administrative support to two of our most impactful peer learning programs - UniPASS and Peer Academic Mentoring (PAM). You will work closely with the Peer Learning Coordinator to ensure these programs run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include responding to enquiries from students, staff and other stakeholders, coordinating day-to-day administration, supporting recruitment and training of peer learning staff, promoting programs through key platforms and assisting with program reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience providing high-quality administrative support
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills
* Computer literacy and previous experience in the higher education sector are desirable
