Strategic Growth Manager
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing sales team within a global brand at a pivotal stage of growth. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving adoption of Managed Accounts and positioning the firm's broader investment solutions across the VIC advice market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow and service adviser/dealer group relationships across Victoria.
* Deliver on distribution strategy and achieve FUM inflow targets.
* Convert existing Managed Fund clients into Managed Accounts.
* Drive activity and engagement with new adviser groups (Private Wealth / IFA focus).
* Represent the business at adviser events and industry forums.
* Build and maintain competitor and market intelligence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in retail/wholesale distribution (funds management or platform).
* Strong adviser networks in Victoria with proven business development success.
* Experience selling investment products into the advice/wealth market.
* RG146 accreditation essential.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Passion for financial markets and a consultative sales style.
