Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Providing companionship and social engagement to ensure the wellbeing and quality of life of our clients
* Advocating for client needs and working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
* Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a support worker or community services role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people''s lives
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current First Aid certificate and National Police Clearance
