Your Responsibilities:
* Cultivating strong relationships with property owners and tenants
* Managing arrears effectively
* Overseeing property maintenance and ensuring compliance
* Reviewing inspection reports prepared by our in‐house team of assistants
* Addressing client and tenant inquiries and requests
* Reinforce company values and service expectations
* Contribute to process improvement and workflow refinement
* Support the training and development of team members
