Building the growth engine for Australia's most complex brand rollouts.

SignManager is looking for a Business Development Manager.
This isn't about managing a pipeline - it's about architecting long-term partnerships that shape how Australia's leading brands execute in the physical world.

We work with organisations like Australia Post, Coles, and Starbucks to manage brand implementation across 150,000+ sites over 3 countries. Our clients face challenges most consultancies never see: coordinating brand rollouts across hundreds of locations simultaneously, maintaining brand consistency while navigating complex stakeholder environments, and turning strategic brand decisions into flawless physical execution.

What you'll be doing:

You'll own enterprise account development from market intelligence through to contract close, working directly with CMOs, Brand Directors, and Property executives who are managing multimillion-dollar brand transformations. You'll leverage trigger events - rebrands, mergers, leadership changes - to initiate strategic conversations, positioning SignManager as the partner who translates their brand vision into measurable outcomes across their entire physical footprint.

This role carries genuine strategic autonomy. You'll shape our BD playbook, define our enterprise account approach, and have direct influence on which markets and verticals we pursue. You'll also drive expansion within our existing portfolio, conducting executive-level QBRs and identifying opportunities where our implementation expertise can solve complex challenges.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience selling complex, consultative solutions to senior stakeholders in brand, marketing, or property functions. Deep understanding of how enterprise organisations make decisions. The ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and build relationships at every level. Ideally, you bring knowledge of brand implementation, signage, or physical asset management, but what matters most is your track record of building partnerships that drive meaningful business outcomes.

The opportunity:
