We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to join our Rockingham store.About the role Toolmart is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Rockingham store.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As Store Manager, you will be a key team member, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Rosters do include some Saturday shifts.What you'll be doing Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff, and direct salesProviding exceptional customer service to customers, and offering solutions as requiredLead and motivate your team, delivering sales targets and KPIsA creative thinker with fresh ideas for displays, promotions, and local marketingDoes this sound like you?
