A brand new Creative Department to work together with our already supremely talented Production, Media, Strategy and Digital departments to make work that we can all be proud of. What we're after
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a growing Creative Department under new leadership.
We're after an Art Director with around 3-5 years agency experience, who is primarily conceptual.
We're looking for someone who can take a creative brief and run with it. Someone who can take a problem and turn it into a range of mind-blowing ideas that will excite those within the agency as well as our incredible range of clients. Then know how to take these ideas all the way through to production.
All while picking up some awards along the way.
What you'll be doing
· Working collaboratively with other departments to come up with ideas and make them a reality.
· Reporting into the Creative Director to refine and develop award-winning concepts.
· Presenting your ideas, knowing how to tell the story of the idea to get everyone energised and excited.
· Taking feedback on board, both within the agency and from clients, to make your ideas even bigger and better.
· Not only coming up with ideas, but having the craft know-how to make them as good as they can possibly be.

· You'll be comfortable presenting, both internally and externally
· You'll have the ability to make your big ideas work across all media
· You'll be able to work together with a copywriter to bring ideas to life
· You'll be proficient in all design programs. As well as being comfortable with writing the odd AI prompt.
· You'll have some background in Graphic Design
Nice to have
Experience in UI design is a nice to have, but not essential to the role.
