Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including inspections and leasing activities
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance and quality standards
* Prepare accurate financial documentation, including monthly statements and tax invoices
* Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy compliance
* Negotiate lease renewals, conduct rent reviews, and manage lease documentation
* Maintain professional communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, resolving issues promptly
Selection Criteria
* Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
* A valid Property Management License.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to think on your feet.
* Confidence in negotiation and a proactive, hardworking mindset.
* Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
* A reliable car and current driver's license.
