This role will have you based at the Gold Coast, supporting a Government department on a 4 month contract.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Resource Manager, responsibilities as a Workplace Trainer Administrator may involve:

- Identify training and development needs of individuals
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external clients
- Maintain and update databases and other information systems
- Assist with financial and human resource (HR) processing activities
- Undertake record management duties and provide support to various operations personnel
- Undertake arrangements and bookings for meetings/events and appropriate rooms/venues

**About You**
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- General administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask and high attention to detail
