Bridge To Health is an established holistic Physiotherapy and Allied Health clinic on Margaret Street, in the heart of Toowoomba.
Bridge To Health has recently joined the Intrinsic Health group and is on the search for a Practice Manager to join a passionate and positive workplace, and tie in with the wider business.
In your role, you will have great people skills to look after our clients and enjoy being part of our wider team dedicated to supporting regional and remote areas across Queensland.
Uniquely to this role, your creativity, experience, and expertise will be requested alongside our other Operations Managers in the Intrinsic Health business, predominantly in the Community and Aged Care space, to promote and grow the service to Toowoomba and the Darling Downs region.
You will report directly to the Directors - a Physiotherapist and an Occupational Therapist, and be responsible for a small team of part-time and casual front desk team, as well as general Darling Downs operations.
As an example of the variety, this could see you working out of the office at our Margaret Street clinic supporting the team onsite with office management and reception, then liaising with a mobile Occupational Therapist assisting a Veteran with a new ramp in Millmerran.
There is also the opportunity for Business Development responsibilities and more - all depending on your expertise and preferences, this being a key value of the organisation to recruit and retain the best people.
Consistent with this, hybrid or part-time WFH will be considered as the business is tech-friendly given its reach to rural and remote regions.
