Position Information:
We are currently seeking an experienced aged care carer to join our wonderful team and work at our Goulburn Village.
You will play a key part in our care team by providing a wide range of personal care services to our residents.

The Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non-for profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 145 years.
We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
Responsibilities
Shower, dress, groom, assist with meals and make the beds
Provide basic clinical care including wound dress, assist with medication delivery and record basic clinical observations
Provide care management for diabetes, arthritis and other conditions
Entering reports and observations into our computer program – iCare
Assist and follow directions of the Care Manager to achieve the best possible person-centred care
What we look for (Qualifications and Skills)
Certificate III in Aged Care
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in an aged care environment
An enthusiastic and motivated approach
Current First Aid Certificate
Valid police check clearance
Current flu vaccination
Must be eligible to work in Australia
