**Your next opportunity**
Boral are currently seeking an experienced **Fitter** to join our team based at **Dubbo**. Reporting to the Team Leader/Supervisor you will be responsible for a range of maintenance activities including performing planned maintenance, minimising production downtime and maximising the plant efficiency.
**Your day will involve**:
- Work safely in line with OH&S procedures and legislation
- Complete preventative maintenance routines and assist in the continual improvement
- Assist in maintaining the mechanical maintenance spare parts stock
- Fault find, modify and maintain crushing, screening and batching equipment across various plants
- Strip and rebuild components to the original specifications and performance
- Complete documentation to ensure plant data remains current
- Overtime may be required to supplement the maintenance effort
**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant** fitter trade qualifications**:
- Experience with crushing & screening equipment preferred?
- Experience and understanding of pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics and hydraulic systems
- motivated self-starter who is results-oriented and driven to succeed
- Works in a professional manner with a "Can do" attitude
- Overtime hours may be required
