We're seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of the foreign exchange and remittance market and a track record of success in business development.What You'll Do:Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to grow the business.Client Acquisition: Proactively source and acquire new retail and corporate clients, building a robust customer base.Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate a strong network of agents and partners to expand their reach.Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective and strategic initiatives.Compliance: Ensure all business activities adhere to international financial regulations.Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting regular market and competitor research.Reporting: Provide clear and concise sales and performance reports to senior management.Who We're Looking For:You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.You have 3–5+ years of proven experience in business development within financial services, specifically in remittance, banking, or fintech.You have a deep understanding of the foreign exchange and remittance market and its associated regulations.Your negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are excellent.You are fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin).
