**Payroll Officer**

As a group role supporting multiple entities, you will report to and be mentored by the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Officer so there is always someone on hand to assist you within your role. **The Role**
As our Payroll Officer you will be responsible for weekly pay runs of around 150 employees across multiple entities. This will be the most dominant part of your job alongside:
- End-to-end payroll and administration tasks
- Assist Finance Manager with Superannuation and Tax activities
- Champion and administrate our time clocking app Deputy
- Undertake monthly HR and Finance reporting
- Track and file our onboarding packs in our electronic document signing system for employees and contractors
- Onboarding activities such as uniforms, induction booking to accommodation and flight bookings
- Maintain files in Xero as well as our online filing system
- Organise short course external training
- Probation and performance review coordination
- Adhoc HR and Finance projects, administration and reporting
**About You**
- Must have minimum 2 years' experience in fast paced similar role
- Experience with Xero or Deputy advantageous
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to adapt, plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
- Can-do, positive attitude with willingness to learn on the job and take direction
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Professional, reliable and experienced in dealing with confidential matters
