The engagement spans both strategic oversight and hands-on program delivery, supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation within a regulated government environment. The work extends beyond standard project coordination. It involves governance participation, scope control, vendor alignment, financial oversight, and ensuring ERP outcomes align with operational and compliance requirements across the organisation.
