Detailed Job Description
* Solution designer experience in Appian BPM workflows.
* Proficient hands‐on experience in Appian BPM workflows designing and development.
* Working knowledge of relevant automation and low‐code trends, standards, and practices.
* Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.
* Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language – Java).
* Familiarity with a range of automation and low‐code platforms.
* Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff.
* Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.
* Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not required.
* Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Developer Certification(s) to credibly show your Appian experience, along with the motivation to keep learning more.
* Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
