Responsibilities
Liaise with employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
Manage and coordinate the intakes of all clients and match Mylestones staff to achieve appropriate outcomes.
Meet key performance indicators and provide regular feedback and information on intake targets to the ESA Manager and other staff members.
Conduct intake and assessment of client needs, suitability for services, and eligibility requirements for CPL and the funding body.
Develop initial job plans, addressing barriers to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
Maintain knowledge of Inclusive Employment Australia guidelines and procedures, and ensure compliance with all funding body record-keeping, software, and reporting requirements.
Build positive networks and relationships with disability employment-related organisations to support business objectives.
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with people with disabilities.
Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and provide positive solutions to complex problems.
Experience in sales and marketing; or experience/ability in the disability employment service industry or a similar field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration with colleagues to achieve KPIs.
Effective communication, networking, and rapport-building skills.
'Can-do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fun environment.
Ability to build key partnerships with local businesses.
A valid C class driving licence.
Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening clearance to start (we can help).
