About the branch The Corporate Services branch plays a crucial role in enabling VGSO's overall success by providing essential support and strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Balancing an appreciation of the complexities and nuances of the public sector, along with the requirements of operating in a competitive legal services environment, the branch delivers proactive, effective and efficient services to VGSO's internal and external clients. Through its work, the Corporate Services branch fosters a cohesive and supportive environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and a client-centric approach. Functionally, the following business areas are included within the Corporate Services branch: * Office of the Chief Operating Officer (Strategy and Governance) * Financial Planning and Analysis * Technology and Knowledge Management * Client Insights and Communications About the role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused ICT Support Analyst to join our ICT team. In this role, you will support the delivery of the VGSO strategic plan through reliable Service Desk support to staff and by maintaining smooth day-to-day ICT operations. This position offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships across the organisation while contributing to a responsive and high-performing ICT environment. Key responsibilities of the ICT Support Analyst role include: * Deliver responsive, high-quality ICT Service Desk support, ensuring staff receive prompt and effective assistance * Proactively identify, investigate, and escalate incidents to minimise disruption and maintain business continuity * Contribute to a collaborative team environment through participation in a rotational after-hours support roster * Efficiently set up and configure new user accounts, enabling seamless onboarding experiences * Partner with ICT team members to troubleshoot issues, share knowledge, and drive effective technical solutions Please note a requirement of this role is holding a Baseline security clearance or be willing to obtain one if required. You will bring excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional Service Desk support, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation. You will be naturally curious, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work. Experience within a legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded, as it will support your ability to understand and respond to the needs of a client-focused organisation.
