OverviewRare opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join an industry leading on-site management team on a PCA Premium grade asset for a 14 month fixed term contract.You will be driven to maximise the performance of the property by working with the client to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.The RoleResponsible to deliver property management services including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues reporting directly to the GMMonitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the clientAssist in preparing an annual budget on all aspects of the propertyEnsure all files of the property are maintainedMaintain a current and accurate tenancy scheduleMaintain close liaison with the client and, occupiers with reference to a variety of requirementsWork closely with the on-site management team across all disciplines including property management, facilities management and customer experienceAssist in the administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and tenantsWhat You\'ll Need To SucceedCertificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenseProven experience in commercial property management working on property portfolios or large single assetsStrong experience within lease administrationA customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time framesExperience in monthly financial reporting with accrual-based accountingSo, what's it for you?
