About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Hose Technician to join our team.
This is a hands-on role including:
* Hydraulic hose assembly and repairs
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic issues
* General workshop duties and maintenance
Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Ability to complete practical workshop tasks, including assembling hydraulic hoses or similar mechanical components, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures, including job cards, safety requirements, and workshop processes
* Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with tradespeople, parts staff, and administration
* Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Strong understanding of, and commitment to, Work Health & Safety (WH&S) practices
You must also have:
* Current Class C Driver’s Licence
* Current WorkCover NSW Construction Induction (White Card)
* Full Australian working rights
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in hydraulics or mechanical work
* Trade qualification (mechanical, diesel, fitting & machining, etc.)
* Forklift licence
