Clare Home & Community Options is a division of Clare Valley Enterprises. We are a respected not-for-profit organisation and have been providing NDIS supports and services for over 30 years.
Clare Home & Community Options offers a range of in home supports, individual community engagement and group activities that help achieve healthy lives. We support everyday living skills with participants and promote social connection and friendships through engaging and fun activities. We want the best outcomes for our clients and we need great people to deliver quality support.
About the role
Support participants with household chores, personal care, and various activities that enable them to live independently with your support. Shifts include weekdays and weekends.
Candidates must demonstrate respect, empathy, passion and integrity through their work, reflecting our commitment to the same.
People rely on our service and we pride ourselves on filling every shift so your willingness to work your agreed roster and your reliability is key to our success.
Skills and Experience required
* Able to work with our participants on developed plans that meet individual goals and support behavioural, physical and social needs.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy.
* Positive and solution-focused

Qualifications/requirements
* Cert III Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (those currently enrolled are encouraged to apply).
* Drivers Licence
We will arrange and pay for the following:
* NDIS Clearance
* Driver History Check
* First Aid Certificate including CPR
* Support with Medication training.
