True generalist HR Advisor role supporting big, collaborative and high volume HR team
**Your new company**
A large Not for Profit organisation with a focus on improving the lives of the community in Melbourne is seeking to hire an HR Advisor to a newly created role. You will work with a broad range of stakeholders across different specialisms. You will leave work with a sense of purpose, working in this values-driven organisation.
**Your new role**
Your newly created HR Advisor role will see you supporting across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance management
- Recruitment support
- Policy and EBA interpretation
- Providing advice to stakeholders
- Acting as an escalation point for the Service Desk
- Supporting HR Projects
**What you'll need to succeed**
A tertiary qualification in HR is desirable alongside hands-on experience within an HR team. You must have a strong foundational knowledge of employment law, HR processes and compliance process. You'll be able to jump in and provide advice to stakeholders from day one on general HR topics.
